B2B lead generation across the UAE
B2B lead generation for UAE companies, in the Gulf and abroad.
Meet business buyers in the UAE, the Gulf or overseas through B2B outreach in English or Arabic, with qualified leads or attended meetings.
Choose the unit you pay for.
An accepted lead, an attended meeting, or a success fee on contracts tied to our work. Each one is defined in writing before outreach starts.
Vivin finds business buyers who match your brief and hands your team accepted leads or attended meetings, whether those buyers sit in the UAE, elsewhere in the Gulf or in North America.
Inside the UAE we reach decision makers by email and LinkedIn, in English or Arabic, never by phone, because the country's telemarketing rules are written for companies holding a UAE licence and UAE numbers. Buyers in the US and Canada can also be reached by phone.
Accepted B2B leads for UAE sales teams.
Each lead is a buyer enquiry that passes the company, role, need and timing checks written into your brief. Your team follows it up.
USD $15 to $500 per accepted leadHow pay per lead works Pay per appointmentMeetings with UAE decision makers.
Billable once the meeting is held with someone who fits your brief. No-shows are not billed, and slots are planned around the UAE working week.
USD $100 to $500 per attended appointmentNo-shows are not billed. How appointment setting works Pay per closeA success fee tied to contracts from our outreach.
For larger contracts: a share of attributed contract value, with the attribution rules agreed in writing before launch. Your team still runs the close.
5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/monthPay per closeBuyers in New York, Toronto and beyond.
For UAE firms selling abroad: direct customers, distributors or importers, with meetings set in Dubai late afternoons and evenings.
North American distributors for UAE products.
Introductions to channel partners that already carry products in your category.
Relevant buyer meetings before a US trade show.
Meetings with buyers arranged ahead of the event, with realistic targets set in your written scope, so you plan the trip from the UAE around the conversations that are confirmed.
Your buyer profile, channels and every fee are written down before any outreach starts.
Based in Ottawa, Canada, with no UAE office. Briefs are welcome on WhatsApp.
Buyers in the UAE, or buyers abroad
A Dubai cybersecurity firm looking for IT heads at Abu Dhabi groups needs a different plan from a Sharjah manufacturer looking for Canadian distributors. We start by agreeing where your buyers are, which role signs off the purchase and why they would take the meeting. Mainland and free-zone companies in any emirate can work with us.
A lead, a meeting and a list are different things
An accepted lead is a buyer enquiry that passes the written checks on company, role, need and timing. A meeting becomes billable once it is held with someone who passes those checks, and no-shows are not billed. A list of names from a UAE business database is neither, and we do not sell one.
Working hours across the Gulf
The UAE keeps UTC+4 all year. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain run an hour behind, and Oman shares the UAE's clock. Federal government offices work Monday to Thursday plus Friday morning, Sharjah's government works Monday to Thursday, and private-sector working hours are cut by two hours a day during Ramadan. We plan launch dates and meeting slots around all of this.
Buyers elsewhere in the Gulf
Tell us if your buyers are in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman. Each country has its own outreach rules: in Qatar, for example, Law No. 13 of 2016 on personal data privacy forbids sending direct-marketing electronic communications to individuals without their prior consent. We confirm what we can do in a country before we quote for it.
We find and qualify the buyer. Your team makes the sale.
UAE prospects hear from us by email and LinkedIn. The UAE's telemarketing rules require prior approval and UAE-registered numbers, which Vivin does not hold, so we make no marketing calls to UAE numbers.

You take the meeting.
Each meeting comes with notes on who the buyer is, what they need and why they agreed to talk. Times are confirmed in Dubai time.
Are your next customers abroad?
Choose a country hub for local buyer outreach. A UAE company selling into the US or Canada has a separate route, with North American buyers as the destination.

Short answers on the rules, prices and reach. Ask on WhatsApp if your question is not here.
Why don't you cold call UAE prospects?
Because the UAE's telemarketing rules are written for companies with a UAE licence. Cabinet Resolution No. 56 of 2024 requires prior approval and calling numbers registered under the company's UAE commercial licence. Vivin holds neither, so UAE prospects hear from us by email and LinkedIn.
What does B2B lead generation cost for a Dubai company?
With Vivin it depends on what you buy: USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment (no-shows are not billed), USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead, or 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month. Your written quote sets the price for your brief and lists every fee.
Do you work with companies in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the free zones?
Yes. You can be a mainland or free-zone company in any emirate. What matters is a clear offer and buyers we can reach by email and LinkedIn in the UAE, or by phone as well in North America.
Can you find us clients in the US or Canada?
Yes. We scope a separate programme for North American buyers, which can include phone outreach by our callers in Canada, the US, the UK and South Africa. East Coast meetings fall in the Dubai late afternoon or early evening.
Do you run outreach in Arabic?
Yes. UAE outreach can run in Arabic or English. Tell us which your buyers prefer and we set it in the written scope.
How do I choose a lead generation company in Dubai?
Ask each provider four things: what exactly you pay for (a contact, a booked slot or a held meeting), how it reaches UAE prospects and under whose approval, what you receive with each lead, and what happens when one fails your brief. Vivin puts all four in writing before you sign.
Will our leads be sold to a competitor?
No. A lead we deliver to you is yours alone and is never passed to another client. You do not, however, get exclusive rights to a territory or a customer profile.
Can I start on WhatsApp?
Yes. Send your company name, what you sell and who you want to reach to +44 7465 276046, or book a discovery call in the calendar.
Enquiry in writing
Prefer to send the details in writing?
Tell us what you sell, which decision makers you want to meet and where they are: the UAE, elsewhere in the Gulf or abroad. We will reply by email with the next step.
