B2B lead generation for Australian businesses
B2B lead generation for Australian sales teams.
Meet business buyers in Australia or overseas, with qualified leads or attended sales meetings for your team.
Pick what you want to pay for.
Some teams want enquiries to work themselves, some want a meeting already in the diary, and some want part of the fee tied to the contracts they sign. Each option has its own unit and price.
Vivin finds the decision makers you want to meet, in Australia or in markets such as the US, the UK and Singapore, and hands them to your team as qualified leads or attended sales meetings.
You choose the unit you pay for, and your written quote lists every fee before you sign.
Qualified B2B leads for your sales team.
A named decision maker at a business that fits your profile, who has described a need and agreed to a next step. Each accepted lead goes to you alone.

We book the meeting in your buyer’s local time and bill it when it has been attended. Suits BDMs who would rather run meetings than chase them.

We find and book the buyers, and your team runs the sale. Part of what you pay follows the contracts signed with buyers our work brought in, and we can advise on your closing process.

Tell us the event and your travel dates, and we line up conversations with relevant buyers before you leave Australia.
Is cold calling legal in Australia?
A plain-English guide to the Spam Act, the Do Not Call Register and the permitted calling hours, checked against official sources.
Prices are in US dollars because USD is the contract currency. The pricing page converts them to Australian dollars at a dated reference rate.
Run from Ottawa, Canada, with callers in four countries. We have no Australian office.
Selling inside Australia
Tell us the states and territories that matter, the size of business you serve and the role that signs off. Illustrations, not clients: a Melbourne managed IT provider might want operations managers at Victorian firms with 50 to 200 staff, while a Perth engineering supplier might want maintenance leads at resources companies in Western Australia.
Timing matters as much as territory. Australia’s financial year runs from 1 July to 30 June, so a buyer setting next year’s budget in May has different questions from one who has just spent it. If your buyers purchase through tenders or supplier panels, a meeting will not skip that process, and the brief should say so.
Selling from Australia to the world
Each overseas market needs its own list and its own hours. In November, 9 am on a Wednesday in Sydney is 2 pm on Tuesday in Los Angeles and 5 pm on Tuesday in New York, so a North American buyer’s afternoon becomes your next morning. Perth keeps the same clock as Singapore all year.
We run each market as a separate brief: US and Canadian buyers or distributors, UK accounts, Singapore, or the Gulf. Start where your offer already has proof, then add the next market once the first one is producing conversations.
Who does the work, and from where
Vivin is run from Ottawa, Canada, and our callers are based in Canada, the US, the UK and South Africa. We have no Australian office and do not present ourselves as a local agency, so you can judge the fit with the facts in front of you.
Australian buyers are reached by email and LinkedIn, under the Spam Act 2003; we do not phone Australian numbers at present. Our callers’ phone work is for buyers in the US and Canada, and the channels for each brief are written into its scope.
You set the brief. We start the conversations.
Most of the work happens before your team hears a name: research, outreach and qualifying. What reaches you is a lead or a meeting that already matches the profile you signed.
Plan a US or Canadian campaign- 01
Agree the buyer profile.
Industry, company size, the role that decides, the states or countries in scope, and the accounts to leave alone, such as current clients and open deals.
- 02
We reach out and qualify.
Email and LinkedIn for every market, plus phone calls to buyers in the US and Canada, all inside each buyer’s business hours and the rules of their country.
- 03
Your team takes it from there.
Each handover names the contact, the need they described and the meeting time in your city and theirs.
Which market should you open next?
Use a country hub for the buyers you want to reach. An Australian company planning entry into the US or Canada can use the separate exporter guide.

Our podcast
Hear how we think before you book.
The Connector’s Table is Vivin’s podcast, hosted by our founder, Vishnu Prithiv: conversations with founders, operators and builders about the introductions and decisions behind their work. Episodes are on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube and Substack, and one is a fair test of whether we are worth half an hour of your time.
Prices in US dollars, with an AUD guide.
USD is the contract currency. As a rough guide, the European Central Bank reference rates for 2 October 2026 put USD $1 at about AUD $1.44; your quote shows the exact amounts.

How do you reach Australian buyers?
By email and LinkedIn. Under the Spam Act 2003 a cold email needs consent, which can be inferred for a conspicuously published work address when the message relates to the person’s role, and it must name the sender and offer a working unsubscribe. We do not phone Australian numbers at present; our outreach rules page explains the calling rules.
How much does lead generation with Vivin cost?
Pay per lead is USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead, and pay per appointment is USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment; no-shows are not billed. Pay per close is 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.
Do you have an Australian office or team?
No. Vivin is run from Ottawa, Canada, and our callers are based in Canada, the US, the UK and South Africa. We would rather tell you now than have you find out later.
Can you cover Brisbane, Perth and regional areas, not just Sydney and Melbourne?
Yes. The brief names the states, cities or regions in scope. We also schedule around local time, which matters from October to April, when Sydney and Melbourne are on daylight saving and Brisbane and Perth are not.
Can you find us buyers outside Australia?
Yes. We run a separate brief for each market, whether that is buyers or distributors in the US and Canada, accounts in the UK, or companies in Singapore or the UAE.
Will we still need our own salespeople?
Yes. We find, qualify and book the buyer; your BDM or founder runs the meeting, the proposal, the negotiation and the close. On pay per close we can also advise on your closing process, but the sale stays with your team.
Are the leads exclusive to us?
Yes. Each accepted lead goes to one client and is not sold to anyone else. That exclusivity covers the lead itself; it does not reserve a whole territory or industry for you.
