UK B2B lead generation and appointment setting
B2B lead generation for UK sales teams.
Meet qualified business buyers in the UK or overseas, with accepted leads or attended meetings for your sales team.
Pick the result you want to pay for.
Choose the unit that fits how your team sells. The checks a lead or meeting must pass, and every fee, are agreed in writing before outreach starts.
Vivin finds the business buyers you want to meet, in the UK or overseas, and hands them to your sales team as accepted leads or attended meetings. Your salespeople take the sale from there.
A UK brief can start narrow, for example finance directors at Midlands manufacturers or heads of IT at multi-academy trusts, and widen once the first meetings show the fit.
Exclusive B2B enquiries for your sales team.
A named contact at a company that fits your brief, who has said what they need and agreed to hear from you. Each lead goes to you alone.

Is B2B cold calling legal in the UK?

What a UK brief can look like
A Leeds-based recruitment agency placing finance contractors wants finance directors and heads of HR at mid-size employers in Yorkshire. A recruitment agency wants engineering hiring managers across the Midlands. A London software company wants heads of IT at multi-academy trusts. Each brief is narrow enough to check and broad enough to fill a diary.
These examples show how a brief is written. They are not a client list, and we do not publish client names or results on this site.
Outreach that respects UK rules
UK buyers are reached by email and LinkedIn; our callers phone buyers in the US and Canada only. Sole traders cannot be emailed like limited companies, and your exclusion list is loaded before launch. The written scope sets out the channels for your campaign and how each check is done.
Our UK outreach rules page explains PECR, the TPS and CTPS registers and the UK GDPR in plain English, with the dates the guidance was checked.
We open the door. Your team makes the sale.
Every campaign starts from your written brief and ends with a handover your salesperson can act on without a second round of research.

Agree who counts.
Company size, sector, region and job titles with buying authority, plus the exclusions: current customers, live deals and anyone who has opted out.

We start the conversations.
Our callers work the agreed list on the channels in your scope and note why each person is worth your time.
- 03
You get the handover.
Name, company, the need they described, the next step they accepted, and the recording or email thread behind it.
Selling outside the UK too?
UK buyer outreach and a UK company expanding abroad are different briefs. Choose the buyers’ country below, or use the UK-origin guide for North American entry.

Our podcast
Hear the founder before you book a call.
Vishnu Prithiv, who founded Vivin, hosts The Connector’s Table, long-form conversations with founders and operators about the introductions and decisions that moved their work on. An episode is a fair way to judge how we think before you share your brief.
The price of each unit, up front.
Contracts and invoices are in US dollars. As a rough guide, the appointment range of USD $100 to $500 was about £76 to £379 at the European Central Bank reference rates on 2 October 2026.

Short answers on reach, channels, UK rules and how a campaign starts.
Are lead generation companies worth it for a UK business?
They can be when the unit you pay for matches the sale you need. Before comparing prices, check what counts as a lead or meeting, how a bad one is replaced and who in your team follows up. If nobody has time to ring leads back, fix that first.
Where is Vivin based, and who does the outreach?
Vivin Facilitators Ltd. is a Canadian federal corporation (Canada Business Corporations Act) run from Ottawa, Canada. Our callers are based in the UK, Canada, the US and South Africa. We have no UK office; ask on the discovery call who would work on your brief.
Can you cover the whole UK or just one region?
Either. A brief can take in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland together, or stick to one patch, such as the M62 corridor or within an hour of your depot. Name the area you can actually serve.
Which channels do you use?
UK buyers are reached by email and LinkedIn. Our callers phone buyers in the US and Canada only. The channels for each brief, and the UK rules each one follows, are written into your scope before outreach starts.
Can you book meetings with buyers in the US and Canada?
Yes. It is a separate brief from UK outreach, with its own buyer list, time zones and rules. The North America page explains how a first campaign is scoped.
Do you have UK case studies or testimonials?
We do not publish case studies or testimonials on this site. Judge us on the written terms instead: what a qualified unit is, the evidence that comes with each one and how replacements work.
Written enquiry
Would you rather write to us first?
A few lines are enough: what you sell, the buyers you want to meet and whether they are in the UK, elsewhere in Europe or further afield. We will reply by email with the next step.
