UAE pricing
Lead generation prices for UAE companies, in US dollars with a dirham guide.
Three prices, all in US dollars: USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead, USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment, or pay per close at 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month.
In dirhams that is roughly AED 55 to AED 1,836 per lead, AED 367 to AED 1,836 per meeting and AED 1,825 a month for pay per close, at the dirham's official peg of AED 3.6725 per US dollar (UAE Government portal, 4 October 2026).
Which model fits your UAE sales team?
Choose pay per lead if your team can develop a qualified business enquiry. Choose pay per appointment if you need a qualified meeting organised and have someone ready to attend. Consider pay per close if your team can negotiate, close and document the contract’s link to the campaign.
UAE domestic outreach uses email and LinkedIn in English or Arabic, without marketing calls, texts or WhatsApp messages to UAE numbers. The comparison below concerns what is accepted and delivered, rather than a form-submission count or a contact database.
Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign. The quote and agreement also set the buyer profile, exclusions, volumes or caps, review rules, and attribution where relevant. USD remains the quote and invoice currency.
| Model | What reaches your team | When the unit counts | Published USD price | Your team owns |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pay per lead | A qualified buyer enquiry, with source evidence and an agreed next step. | Accepted against fit, authority, need and timing in the written profile. | USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead | Your UAE salesperson can take the accepted enquiry forward. |
| Pay per appointment | A qualified sales meeting, with buyer context and attendance evidence. | The qualified meeting is held. No-shows are not billed. | USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment | Your own team can attend the agreed qualified buyer meeting. |
| Pay per close | Qualified introductions and opportunities your own team takes through the sale. | The contract event and attribution evidence defined in the signed terms. | 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month | Your closer can connect the introduced opportunity to the agreed contracting entity. |
Compare what each quote counts
An advertising report may count form submissions, while a contact-data quote may count researched records. Vivin’s unit price counts an enquiry that has passed the company, authority, need and timing checks in your written profile. Ask what each provider includes in its qualification and fees before comparing prices.
What moves your quote
The seniority of the buyer, how narrow the brief is, how many reachable companies fit it, and how much evidence you need with each lead or meeting. A brief aimed at finance directors of UAE banks prices differently from one aimed at operations managers at Jebel Ali traders.
- Name the sector, the buyer’s role and the emirates or countries in scope.
- Decide whether you are buying leads, held meetings or closed contracts.
- Agree volume caps, exclusions and the review window.
- Check each fee in the written quote, then sign.
A worked example
Illustration only, not a client result: five attended meetings at an assumed USD $400 each come to USD $2,000 in appointment fees, about AED 7,345 at the peg. Your own quote may differ, and it lists every fee.
Currency and VAT
Your agreement is with Vivin Facilitators Ltd., a Canadian federal corporation (Canada Business Corporations Act), and is priced in US dollars. Because the dirham is pegged to the dollar, the AED figures above barely move, but they remain approximate. Under Article 48 of the UAE VAT law, Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017, a taxable business that imports services for its business accounts for the VAT itself through the reverse charge. Ask your tax adviser how that applies to you.
Notice and replacements
Either party may end a campaign on 14 days written notice. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
Compare the models, then prepare your brief
Before a discovery call, compare how each model is billed, its published USD price and its main condition. The checklist then covers the points worth settling with your team first.
| Model | Charged when | Price | Main condition |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pay per lead | The lead is accepted against the profile agreed in writing. | USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead | No setup fee. The written quote shows every fee before signature. |
| Pay per appointment | The qualified appointment is attended. | USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment | No-shows are not billed. No setup fee. |
| Pay per close | The monthly fee each month, and the success fee when a contract is attributed in line with the signed terms. | 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month | For eligible B2B offers only. Closing stays with your own team. It is not commission-only, as the monthly fee is charged in addition to the success fee. |
Points to settle before a call
- Is the offer business to business? Pay per close applies only to eligible B2B offers.
- Can your team take proposals through to signature? Pay per close keeps the closing with your team.
- Pay per close combines a monthly fee with a success fee on attributed contract value. Can the budget absorb both?
- Where are the buyers you want to reach? Phone outreach reaches buyers in the US and Canada only. Elsewhere we use email and LinkedIn where the market’s rules allow. We do not call, text or WhatsApp UAE numbers.
- Agreements are in USD, and every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.
These questions are for preparation, not an eligibility decision. Fit, scope and every fee are confirmed in the written quote.

Answers for UAE companies.
Short answers first. Use WhatsApp or the discovery call for anything specific to your sector.
What is the maximum price per lead?
USD $500 per accepted lead, about AED 1,836 at the official peg. The range starts at USD $15, and your written quote gives the exact price for your brief.
Is the appointment fee charged when a meeting is booked?
No. It applies when the meeting is held with a buyer who passes your brief. No-shows are not billed.
What counts as a good cost per lead in Dubai?
One that pays back in closed business. Work it out from your own numbers: average contract value, the share of leads that become meetings and the share of meetings that close. A cheap form fill that never converts costs more than it looks.
Can we cap monthly spend?
Yes. You set a monthly cap on leads or meetings in the agreement, along with how to pause or change it.
Do you price in dirhams?
Your agreement and prices are in US dollars. The dirham figures on this page are approximate and meant for budgeting.
Is there VAT on top?
It depends on your VAT position. A VAT-registered UAE business buying services from abroad generally applies the reverse charge itself, and your tax adviser can confirm the treatment.
