UAE pay per close

Pay per close for UAE B2B contracts your team wins.

You pay 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month, and the monthly part covers the domains, inboxes and sending infrastructure your campaign runs on. Pay per close is available only for eligible B2B offers, confirmed before you sign, and not where professional rules restrict sharing fees.

We find buyers, qualify them and book the first conversations. Your team runs the proposals, negotiation and signature, and which deals count is agreed in writing before launch.

A success fee with a fixed monthly part

The fixed part is USD $497/month, roughly AED 1,825 at the dirham's official peg of AED 3.6725 per US dollar (UAE Government portal, 4 October 2026), and it pays for the domains, inboxes and sending infrastructure. The success fee, 5% to 20% of attributed contract value, applies to contracts tied to our work under the signed attribution rules. This is not a commission-only arrangement, and both charges appear in your written quote.

What counts as an attributed contract

Before launch we add a source field to your CRM and tag every opportunity we open. The agreement then sets the attribution window, the contract value the fee is based on, how renewals and expansions are treated, and when the fee falls due. Your existing customers and live opportunities are listed and excluded.

Who it suits

Firms with a proven offer, contracts large enough to share, and a team that can run demonstrations, proposals and negotiation. Think of a Dubai fit-out contractor selling to developers, or a Sharjah industrial supplier pricing work for contractors. It suits less well when the offer is untested or every sale depends on a tender you cannot influence.

Where we reach buyers

UAE prospects are contacted by email and LinkedIn, never by phone. For buyers in the US or Canada, the programme can add phone outreach by our callers in Canada, the US, the UK and South Africa. The proposal names each country and channel in scope.

Keeping attribution fair to both sides

Attribution works when both sides can see the same record. You keep your CRM up to date and tell us what happened after each meeting, and we keep a log of every introduction. We can advise on your closing process, but the sales conversations, proposals and negotiation stay with your team. If you would rather skip attribution and pay per meeting, attended-appointment pricing is the simpler choice.

Agree how group accounts and repeat orders count

For a UAE industrial supplier, an introduction may lead to more than one quote or order. The agreement needs to define the attributed contract and fee base before those discussions start.

Keep the introduction, quotation and contract distinct

UAE outreach uses email and LinkedIn, in English or Arabic. A separate programme for US or Canadian buyers can also use phone outreach. Pay per close remains 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month; your quote and signed terms define the calculation.

  • Record the source that opened each new opportunity.
  • Identify the contracting entity rather than attribute every company in a group.
  • Agree how cancelled orders and unpaid contracts affect the fee.
  • Keep your own team responsible for the sale and the promises it makes.

Notice and replacements

Either party may end a campaign on 14 days written notice. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.

What each model costs, in US dollars.

Your agreement is in USD. Dirham figures on these pages are approximate, converted at the dirham's official peg of AED 3.6725 per US dollar (UAE Government portal, 4 October 2026).

Answers for UAE companies.

Short answers first. Use WhatsApp or the discovery call for anything specific to your sector.

Is this commission-only sales outsourcing?

No. Alongside the success fee of 5% to 20% of attributed contract value there is a fixed USD $497/month. Both are in your written quote.

Does the percentage apply to every sale we make?

No. It applies to contracts attributed to our work under the rules in your agreement, within the agreed window. Your existing customers and open deals are excluded.

Who signs contracts with our customers?

You do. Your team runs the sales conversations, proposals and negotiation, sets prices and signs. We can advise on your closing process, but we do not close deals for you.

Can renewals and upsells earn a fee?

Only if your agreement says so. Renewals, expansions and repeat orders are dealt with explicitly in the attribution terms before launch.

Do you guarantee a contract?

No. We create conversations and opportunities, but the buyer's decision and your close rate are outside our control, and we do not promise revenue.

What happens if a customer cancels or does not pay?

Your agreement sets out how cancellations, refunds and unpaid invoices affect the success fee, so the answer is settled before launch rather than argued later.

Who should your team be meeting?
