UK pricing

What appointment setting and lead generation cost with Vivin.

Vivin charges USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead, USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment, or 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month for pay per close.

Where you land in each range depends on how hard your buyer is to reach and how strict the checks are, and your written quote lists every fee before you sign.

Which model fits your UK sales team?

Choose pay per lead if your salesperson can develop a qualified enquiry. Choose pay per appointment if organising the qualified meeting is the gap and your team can attend it. Consider pay per close if you have a capable closer and can document the campaign’s contribution to a contract.

For UK domestic buyers, outreach uses email and LinkedIn. A separate UK-to-North-America brief can add phone outreach to US and Canadian buyers. Your team still owns the follow-up and sale.

Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign. The quote and agreement also set the buyer profile, exclusions, volumes or caps, review rules, and attribution where relevant. USD remains the quote and invoice currency.

The same prices in pounds, roughly

At the European Central Bank reference rates on 2 October 2026, one US dollar was worth about £0.76. That puts the ranges at about £11 to £379 per accepted lead and £76 to £379 per attended appointment, and the USD $497 monthly fee for pay per close at about £376.

These are approximate conversions to help you budget. Contracts and invoices are in US dollars, so the cost in pounds moves with the exchange rate.

What moves the price within each range

We give you a figure for your brief on the discovery call or in the quote that follows.

  • How senior the buyer is, for example a finance director rather than an office manager
  • How narrow the target is: one sector in one region costs more per unit than a broad brief
  • How many checks each lead or meeting has to pass, and how strict they are

Comparing quotes from UK providers

UK appointment setting is sold per meeting, on a day rate or as a monthly retainer, and the lowest headline price can buy something quite different. Ask each provider whether they bill for booked or attended meetings, whether no-shows are charged, what checks a meeting must pass and what happens when one fails.

For pay per close, ask what the percentage is charged on: the first contract, collected revenue, renewals or expansions. Two quotes with the same percentage can cost very different amounts.

Limits you can set

The signed agreement states volumes, caps, pauses, notice and any minimum term, so you decide the most you take on before anything starts.

Every invoice carries a delivery sheet, replacements included, so your finance team can check it line by line.

Notice and replacements

Either party may end a campaign on 14 days written notice. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.

Set the offers side by side before a call

This table puts the offers next to one another: the event that triggers an invoice, the published USD price and the rule that matters most. Below it is a short checklist to work through before a discovery call.

OfferWhat triggers billingPriceRule to know

It is not commission-only: the monthly fee sits alongside the success fee.

Worth checking before you book

  • Do you sell business to business? Pay per close is available for eligible B2B offers only.
  • Does your own team handle proposals and closing? Pay per close assumes it does, because your team closes the deal.
  • Pay per close is priced in two parts, a monthly fee plus a success fee on attributed contract value. Is there budget for both?
  • Which markets are your buyers in? Phone outreach reaches buyers in the US and Canada only. Elsewhere we use email and LinkedIn where the market’s rules allow.
  • Agreements are in USD, and every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.

Use these questions to prepare; they do not decide eligibility. Your written quote confirms fit, scope and every fee.

Written enquiry

Would you rather write to us first?

A few lines are enough: what you sell, the buyers you want to meet and whether they are in the UK, elsewhere in Europe or further afield. We will reply by email with the next step.

Pricing, in plain terms.

Short answers to common questions about how we work.

How much does B2B appointment setting cost in the UK?

With Vivin, USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment, roughly £76 to £379 at the European Central Bank reference rates on 2 October 2026. Your quote sets the exact dollar figure for your brief.

How much does a B2B lead cost?

Our range is USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead. A broad, easy-to-reach buyer sits near the bottom; a senior buyer in a narrow sector sits near the top.

Why do you price in US dollars?

Vivin is a Canadian company and its contracts are in US dollars. The pound figures on this page are approximate conversions to help you budget.

Is anything charged besides the unit price?

Every fee is set out in your written quote before you sign. For pay per close, that includes the USD $497/month alongside the success fee.

Can we cap what we spend?

Yes. Volumes, caps and pauses are written into the signed agreement, so you decide the most you will take in a period.

Is the cheapest price per meeting the best deal?

Not always. A low price for a booked meeting that never happens, or for a contact outside your target, costs more in salesperson time than it saves.
