Pay per lead
Pay per lead for UK businesses that sell to other businesses.
With Vivin’s pay per lead, you buy B2B enquiries one at a time: a named contact at a company that fits your brief, who has described a need and agreed to hear from your team.
Each accepted lead is delivered to you alone and is never sold to another client, which sets it apart from leads offered to several suppliers at once.
- Pay per lead
- USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead
Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign. Read the lead agreement.

Business enquiries, not household jobs
Vivin’s leads are business to business, not household jobs: the buyer is a company, the contact can act for it, and the need is commercial, such as a new supplier, a contract renewal or a project with a budget.
A lead is not a row of contact data either. A list of names and numbers tells you who exists. An accepted lead also records why the person wants to talk and the next step they agreed to.
What arrives with each lead
You have a review window, set in your signed agreement, to flag any lead that fails a written check.
- The contact’s name, role and company, with a working phone number or email
- The need or trigger they described, in their own words where possible
- The next step they agreed to, such as a call back or a quote
- The call recording or email thread that backs it up
Write the brief the way your buyer thinks
For a Manchester accountancy practice, a lead might be the owner of a business in a set turnover band who wants a new accountant before year end. For a fleet telematics supplier, it might be a transport manager at a haulage firm whose tracking contract is up for renewal. These show how criteria can be written; they are not existing campaigns.
Your exclusions go in before launch: current clients, live proposals and anyone who has asked not to be contacted. The written profile can be changed on seven days’ written notice, and each lead is judged against the version in force on the day it was delivered.
What a lead costs
Pay per lead is USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead, about £11 to £379 at the European Central Bank reference rates on 2 October 2026. A broad, easy-to-reach buyer sits near the bottom of the range; a senior decision-maker in a narrow sector sits near the top. The quote fixes your rate in US dollars.
A lead that fails a written check is replaced with one from the same profile, not refunded. A lead that passed the checks and later goes quiet is not automatically invalid. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
Write a UK enquiry your salesperson can act on
For an accountancy practice, a useful enquiry concerns a business purchase and a stated reason to consider a new provider. A list of directors or a company register entry does not establish that need.
Keep the buyer’s business type in the brief
UK domestic outreach uses email and LinkedIn. A company-looking email address does not settle whether the recipient is a corporate subscriber or a sole trader. The channel plan and recipient checks follow the UK rules discussed on this site.
- Include the buyer’s business type and the territory your team can serve.
- Exclude existing clients, live proposals and contacts who have opted out.
- Name who follows up the enquiry and what they are expected to discuss.
- Raise a failed qualification rule within the review window in your agreement.
Notice and replacements
Either party may end a campaign on 14 days written notice. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
All three models side by side.
Contracts and invoices are in US dollars. Your written quote names the buyer you want, what makes a lead or meeting count and every fee before you sign.

Short answers to common questions about how we work.
What does pay per lead mean?
Each lead that passes the criteria in your written profile is a billable unit. Your quote lists that unit price before you sign, and there is no setup fee.
Are your leads exclusive?
Yes. Each lead goes to one client and is not sold again. That covers the lead itself; it does not reserve a sector, region or customer profile for you.
Can I buy a list of UK business leads?
That is not what we sell. A list gives you names; our leads come with a stated need and an agreed next step. If you only need contact data, a data supplier is the cheaper route.
What happens if a lead turns out to be wrong?
Flag it within the review window and name the check it failed. We look at the source record, and if it did fail, you get a replacement from the same profile. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
Can we leave out our existing clients?
Yes. Send your client list, open opportunities and anyone who has asked not to be contacted before launch, and keep it updated. Those contacts stay suppressed for the whole engagement.
Is pay per lead suitable for a small UK firm?
It can be, if you have a clear offer, a defined patch and someone who will ring each lead back promptly. How fast you follow up matters more than how big you are.
