Pay per close

Pay per close for Australian companies: a success fee on the contracts you sign.

With pay per close, we find, qualify and book buyers, your team runs the sale, and our fee is 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month. It is available only for eligible B2B offers, confirmed before you sign, and not where professional rules restrict sharing fees.

It is not commission-only, and we say so up front: the monthly amount pays for the domains, inboxes and sending setup your campaign runs on.

Why this is not commission-only

If you have been looking for commission-only sales reps, you may have found few firms work that way. Matchboard, an Australian outsourcing marketplace, says in its sales outsourcing FAQ (read 4 October 2026) that providers usually combine hourly, day or monthly rates with sales incentives, and that pure commission models are rarely offered.

Our version is a disclosed mix: a success fee of 5% to 20% of attributed contract value, agreed per client, plus USD $497/month. When you compare providers, look at what each one does for the money and which contracts its percentage applies to, not only the headline rate.

How a deal is attributed to us

Before launch, your CRM gets a source field and our campaigns are mapped to it. The agreement then fixes the attribution window, the exclusions, the evidence and the event that counts as a close, such as a signed contract or a paid invoice.

List the deals already in your pipeline and the buyers your team already knows, so they can be excluded and never argued over later. Decide up front whether renewals and add-on sales count.

Your team closes; we bring the buyers

Our part is finding, qualifying and booking the buyers. Your people run the meetings, proposals, pricing, negotiation and signature, because they know the product and own the relationship once it starts.

If deals stall after the first meeting, we can review your closing process with your team and suggest changes, such as how quickly proposals go out or who follows up. We advise; we do not sell on your behalf.

A worked example in Australian dollars

Illustration only: at an agreed 10% success fee on an AUD $60,000 first-year contract, the success fee would be worth AUD $6,000, invoiced in USD under your agreement, alongside USD $497/month. These are made-up inputs to show the arithmetic, not a forecast or a standard rate.

At the European Central Bank reference rates for 2 October 2026, USD $497 was about AUD $716 a month. Rates move, so your quote shows the USD amounts you will be invoiced.

When pay per close fits, and when it does not

It fits a clear offer with a contract value worth sharing, a sales cycle measured in weeks or months, and a team that follows up quickly. Illustration only: a Perth software company selling to mid-sized mining contractors could fit, while a business selling one-off jobs worth a few thousand dollars is better served by pay per lead.

If what you lack is first conversations rather than signed deals, pay per appointment is simpler to measure, and it is often the better way to learn what a typical deal looks like.

Choose a brief your closer can carry through

A software company in Perth may have an offer for mining contractors, but a buyer introduction still needs a client-owned demonstration, proposal and follow-up. The success fee depends on attributed contracts under the agreement.

Use contract evidence rather than promising conversion

The published model is 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month. Your agreement sets the actual rate, fee base, duration and counted event. Neither an introduction nor an encouraging demonstration is counted as a close on its own.

Notice and replacements

Either party may end a campaign on 14 days written notice. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.

Questions, answered plainly.

If your question is not here, bring it to the call.

Is this commission-only?

No. The success fee is 5% to 20% of attributed contract value, plus USD $497/month for the domains, inboxes and sending setup. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.

Is the percentage the same for every client?

No. The rate runs from 5% to 20% of attributed contract value and is agreed with each client in writing and reflects your offer, your typical contract values and the campaign terms; the USD $497/month is charged alongside it.

What counts as a closed deal?

The event your agreement names, such as a signed contract or a paid invoice, for a buyer attributed to our work through the source field in your CRM.

What about buyers we were already talking to?

List them before launch. Existing opportunities can be excluded so they never count toward a success fee.

Will you close deals for us?

No. We find, qualify and book the buyers, and your team runs the sales conversations, proposals, negotiation and close. If you want a second view, we can advise on your closing process.

Are you hiring commission-only sales reps?

No. This page is for businesses that want buyers found and booked for their own sales team. It is not a job listing.

Can pay per close work for a US expansion?

It can, if the deal size and sales cycle suit it. A sensible path is to start with attended meetings to test demand in the US, then discuss pay per close once you know what a typical deal looks like.
