Pay per lead
Pay per lead for Australian B2B companies.
You pay USD $15 to $500 for each accepted lead: a named decision maker at a business that fits your profile, who has described a need and agreed to a next step with your team.
Each lead goes to you alone, and one that fails the tests written into your profile is replaced.

Business buyers, not consumer enquiries or contact lists
Pay per lead can mean consumer enquiries such as solar quotes, mortgage applicants or property appraisals. This service is about business buyers: a person at an organisation in your profile who has told us about a need and agreed to talk to you.
A contact list tells you who might fit; a lead tells you who wants the conversation. If you hold your own list, tell us how it was built, because lists made with address-harvesting software cannot be used under the Spam Act 2003.
The four tests every lead must pass
Fit: the business matches your industries, size band and states and is not a current client or on your do-not-contact list. Authority: the contact holds a role you named or says they make the call. Need: they describe a need or trigger from your profile, not general interest. Timing: they agree to a next step inside the window you set.
Illustration only, not a client: a Melbourne managed IT provider could define a lead as an operations or finance manager at a Victorian business with 50 to 200 staff whose support contract ends within six months, who has agreed to a call with the provider’s account manager.
What arrives with each lead
Each lead comes with the contact’s name, role, organisation and details, the need in their own words and the next step they agreed to, together with the thread or recording that shows it.
If you want each business checked on ABN Lookup, the Australian Business Register’s free public search, add that to your fit test: it shows whether an ABN is active or cancelled. The handover format, including any fields for your CRM, is agreed before launch.
Price, exclusivity and replacements
Pay per lead is USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead. The rate depends on your niche, the geography and how demanding the four tests are, and your quote shows the rate and every fee before you sign.
Each accepted lead is yours alone and is not sold to another client, though that does not reserve a territory or industry for you. If a lead fails a test, name the test and we review the record; a lead that failed is replaced with one from the same profile. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
Show the Australian business need behind the contact
A Victorian managed IT provider may want businesses approaching a support-contract renewal. Business identity can help confirm fit, but an active ABN does not prove need, authority or willingness to speak.
Make the next contact fit the buyer’s working day
Australian domestic outreach uses email and LinkedIn under the agreed channel and consent plan. We do not phone Australian numbers at present. Your team follows up the accepted enquiry through the next step the buyer agreed.
- Give the handoff a state and local time zone, rather than assuming Sydney time.
- Record the territory your provider can actually support.
- Keep current clients and open renewal discussions out of the programme.
- Agree the receiving salesperson and CRM fields before outreach.
Notice and replacements
Either party may end a campaign on 14 days written notice. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
What each option costs.
USD is the currency of every Vivin agreement. Your written quote sets out the buyer profile, the qualification tests and every fee before any outreach starts.

Do you sell solar, mortgage or real estate leads?
Not the consumer kind. Homeowner solar quotes, home-loan enquiries and property appraisals are consumer leads, and this service finds business buyers. If you sell to businesses, such as commercial solar for factories or asset finance for fleet operators, pay per lead can reach those buyers.
Can I buy a list of Australian business contacts instead?
This service sells qualified leads, not contact lists. Research data is where the work starts; what you pay for is a lead that has passed your four tests.
Do you resell leads to other companies?
No. Each accepted lead is delivered to one client only.
What happens if a lead turns out to be wrong?
Name the test it failed and we check the record. If it failed, it is replaced with a lead from the same profile. A lead who passed the tests does not become invalid just because they later go quiet. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
How do you contact Australian prospects?
By email and LinkedIn rather than by phone. Each email needs a consent basis under the Spam Act 2003, such as a conspicuously published work address and a message relevant to the person’s role, and it must name the sender and carry a working unsubscribe.
What does that price come to in Australian dollars?
Agreements are in USD. At the European Central Bank reference rates for 2 October 2026, USD $15 to $500 was roughly AUD $22 to $721. Your quote shows the exact USD amounts.
