Pricing

What lead generation with Vivin costs, in USD with an AUD guide.

Pay per lead is USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead, pay per appointment is USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment, and pay per close is 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month.

USD is the contract currency. The Australian dollar figures below are approximate and dated, and every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.

Which model fits your Australian sales team?

Choose pay per lead if your BDM can take a qualified enquiry forward. Choose pay per appointment if you need the qualified meeting arranged and can provide a host in the buyer’s working hours. Consider pay per close if your team can close the sale and document the contract’s source.

An Australian brief should name serviceable states or territories and the buyer’s local time. Domestic outreach uses email and LinkedIn; a separately scoped US or Canadian audience can also be reached by phone.

Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign. The quote and agreement also set the buyer profile, exclusions, volumes or caps, review rules, and attribution where relevant. USD remains the quote and invoice currency.

These conversions use the European Central Bank euro reference rates for 2 October 2026 (USD 1.1225 and AUD 1.6176 to the euro), which put USD $1 at about AUD $1.44. Rates move every day, so treat the figures as a guide; you are invoiced in USD.

  • Pay per lead: USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead, roughly AUD $22 to $721.
  • Pay per appointment: USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment, roughly AUD $144 to $721. No-shows are not billed.

Why a brief sits where it does in the range

Where a lead or appointment quote lands depends on your niche, where your buyers are and how strict your tests are. A broad profile, such as office managers at Sydney businesses with 20 or more staff, is easier to fill than a narrow one, such as heads of procurement at hospitals in regional Queensland.

Bring your average deal value and the number of meetings your team can take each week. A useful quote balances what a lead is worth to you against how many we can realistically deliver.

What the written quote contains

Your quote names the unit, the rate, the buyer profile with its four tests, the volume, any caps or pause rules, notice, any minimum duration and every fee. You sign it before outreach starts, and the profile can be changed later with seven days’ written notice.

Each invoice carries a delivery sheet listing every lead or meeting billed and every replacement. For pay per appointment, no-shows are not billed.

GST, currency and comparing quotes

Vivin Facilitators Ltd. is a Canadian company and invoices in US dollars. Whether your business accounts for GST on an offshore service is one for your accountant: under the ATO’s reverse charge rules, a GST-registered buyer does so when, among other conditions, the purchase is partly private or relates to input-taxed sales.

When you compare providers, compare like with like: the unit you pay for, what makes it billable, what gets replaced and every fee in the contract. A low price per booked meeting can cost more in practice than a higher price per attended one.

Notice and replacements

Either party may end a campaign on 14 days written notice. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.

Weigh up the offers before your discovery call

Here is how the offers compare on billing trigger, published USD price and the main rule for each. Run through the checklist underneath before you book a call.

Your team does the closing. This is not commission-only, because the monthly fee applies as well as the success fee.

Checklist before you book

  • Is it a B2B offer? Pay per close is available only for eligible B2B offers.
  • Will your own people write proposals and close? Pay per close leaves the closing with your team.
  • Pay per close carries a monthly fee and a success fee on attributed contract value. Does the budget cover both?
  • Where are your buyers based? Phone outreach reaches buyers in the US and Canada only. Elsewhere we use email and LinkedIn where the market’s rules allow.
  • Agreements are priced in USD. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.

This list is for preparation and is not an eligibility decision. Fit, scope and every fee are set out in your written quote.

Questions, answered plainly.

If your question is not here, bring it to the call.

How much does B2B lead generation cost in Australia?

It varies widely by provider and pricing model. With Vivin, pay per lead is USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead and pay per appointment is USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment; pay per close is 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month.

What is a good cost per lead?

One your deal value can carry. Work back from your average contract and close rate: if one in ten qualified leads became an AUD $20,000 client, each lead would be worth about AUD $2,000 in revenue before costs. Those numbers are an example, not a benchmark.

Do you quote in Australian dollars?

No. Agreements and invoices are in USD. The AUD figures on this page are approximate conversions at the European Central Bank reference rates for 2 October 2026.

Is GST included?

Your quote shows the USD amounts you will be invoiced. Whether your business also needs to account for GST on an offshore service, under the ATO’s reverse charge rules, depends on your GST registration and how you use the service, so confirm it with your accountant.

Are there other fees?

Pay per lead and pay per appointment have no setup fee. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign. For pay per close, that includes USD $497/month alongside the success fee.

Can we start with a small volume?

Volume, caps, pauses and any minimum duration are written into the agreement, so ask for a starting volume your team can handle and review it once the first leads or meetings come through.
