Pay per appointment
B2B appointment setting for Australian teams, billed per attended meeting.
We book meetings between your team and buyers who pass the profile you sign off, and you are billed USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment.
It suits Australian companies whose BDMs are better at running sales meetings than at filling the diary with them.

What makes a meeting count
The person you meet must work at an organisation that fits your industries, size band and states; hold a role you named or confirm they make the decision; describe a need from your profile rather than polite curiosity; and accept the invitation within 14 days. Those four tests are written into your profile before any outreach.
If a meeting fails a test, it is not billable and we replace it with one from the same profile. Wrong fit, invalid details, duplicates and cancellations all qualify for a replacement, and the review rules are agreed before launch. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
A brief an Australian BDM would recognise
Illustration only, not a client: a Brisbane commercial cleaning company wants meetings with facility managers at private hospitals and aged care providers in south-east Queensland whose cleaning contracts come up for renewal in the next six months. The brief names the role, the region, the trigger and the size of site worth a visit.
Other briefs look different. A Sydney recruitment agency might want hiring managers planning permanent engineering hires; an Adelaide software company might want finance managers at councils reviewing their systems. The more precisely the trigger is described, the easier each meeting is to check.
Time zones, and how we reach Australian buyers
We book each meeting in the buyer’s local time and show it in yours. From 4 October 2026 to 4 April 2027, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Hobart and Adelaide run on daylight saving while Brisbane, Perth and Darwin do not, so a 10 am meeting in Brisbane is 11 am in Sydney for half the year.
Australian prospects are contacted by email and LinkedIn, within the Spam Act 2003, and we do not phone Australian numbers at present. If your brief also covers the US or Canada, our callers can phone buyers there during their working day. Once a meeting is booked, it runs the way your BDM prefers: a video call, a phone call or a visit to the buyer’s site.
What you are billed for
Pay per appointment is USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment. Where your brief lands in that range depends on your niche, the geography and how strict the qualification tests are, and the quote explains why.
No-shows are not billed. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign, and each invoice carries a delivery sheet showing which meetings were attended and which were replaced.
Check the commercial site and the buying process
A facilities appointment in south-east Queensland needs more than a site contact. The brief should describe the commercial property, the service area and the buyer’s supplier-review process.
Keep local outreach and overseas calling distinct
Australian buyers are reached by email and LinkedIn. A separately scoped US or Canadian audience can also receive phone outreach. Buyer meetings are billed when held with someone who passes the agreed checks; no-shows are not billed.
| Handoff item | What it settles |
|---|---|
| Site and territory | Whether your team can provide the service. |
| Authority and need | Why this person and this purchase fit the profile. |
| Procurement stage | What your BDM can usefully discuss next. |
| Local time and format | When and how the buyer expects to meet. |
| Attendance evidence | Whether the qualified appointment actually took place. |
Notice and replacements
Either party may end a campaign on 14 days written notice. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
What each option costs.
USD is the currency of every Vivin agreement. Your written quote sets out the buyer profile, the qualification tests and every fee before any outreach starts.
Australian pricing, with an AUD guideQuestions, answered plainly.
If your question is not here, bring it to the call.
Do you charge for a meeting that was booked but not attended?
No. Billing is per attended appointment and no-shows are not billed. A cancelled meeting qualifies for a replacement under the agreement. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
Is this the same as hiring an appointment setter?
No. You are buying meetings from a company, not employing a setter, so recruiting, training and managing a caller stays off your plate. If you are looking for appointment setting work yourself, this page is not a job listing.
Can the buyer be in Perth while our team is in Sydney?
Yes. We book in the buyer’s time and the handover gives the time in both cities. Perth is two hours behind Sydney in winter and three hours behind during daylight saving.
Do you cold call Australian businesses?
Not at present. We reach Australian buyers by email and LinkedIn. Our callers, based in Canada, the US, the UK and South Africa, phone buyers in the US and Canada when a brief covers those markets.
What if someone other than the expected buyer turns up?
Tell us. If the person who attends does not meet the authority test in your profile, the meeting fails a test and is replaced. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
Which kinds of business does this suit?
Companies selling to other businesses with a clear buyer, such as managed IT, software, recruitment, commercial cleaning and facilities, engineering supply and professional services. This service books meetings with business buyers, not consumers.
Can you book meetings with New Zealand buyers too?
Yes, as a separate brief. Auckland is usually two hours ahead of Sydney, so New Zealand buyers can often take an earlier slot in your day.
Book a call at a time that suits your city.
Thirty minutes on your buyers, your market and the unit you would pay for. Booking for Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide? Check the zone first: until 4 April 2027, Sydney is on daylight saving and Brisbane and Perth are not.
