What counts as an accepted lead
Under Vivin's published lead agreement, an accepted lead is a buyer inquiry that passes four gates in your written profile: fit, authority, need and timing. A matching job title or a directory entry helps research; on its own it is not a lead.
For a seller from another country, one question matters more than usual: is the buyer open to a supplier based abroad? The outreach names your company and location honestly, and a buyer who only wants a local supplier is recorded that way instead of being passed on.
| Check | What your team needs to see |
|---|---|
| Fit | Company, buyer country, serviceable territory and exclusion check. |
| Authority | The profile’s named role or the contact’s confirmation that they decide on the purchase. |
| Need | The buyer’s own description of the problem or agreed trigger. |
| Timing | The next step accepted inside your written profile’s window. |
| Follow-up | Who on your team responds, in which time zone, and what the buyer expects. |
What your team receives
Your handoff explains why the buyer was contacted, what they said they need and what they agreed to discuss next. It includes the contact's role, the channel used to reach them and any timing limits, with source evidence your team can check against the profile.
Each lead goes to one client only. That exclusivity covers the lead itself, not a territory or a customer profile.
Who owns the next conversation
Pay per lead suits a team with someone ready to reply, answer questions and arrange the next conversation. Name that person and agree the follow-up window before launch.
Use the buyer's stated need and next-step agreement to guide the first reply. If arranging and confirming a meeting is the work you want Vivin to handle, compare pay per appointment.
How quality questions are reviewed
A wrong company, a duplicate, an invalid contact or a missing qualification is a record-quality question, and your agreement sets the review window and replacement rules. A qualified buyer who later picks another vendor is a sales outcome, not a faulty lead. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
Your price, volume limits and every applicable fee are set out before launch. To judge cost per customer, add your own sales time and track which accepted leads reach meetings, proposals and paid work.
Notice and replacements
Either party may end a campaign on 14 days written notice. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
What each model costs.
All prices are in USD, the currency of every Vivin agreement. Your written quote sets the audience, the qualification rules and the terms before outreach starts.

Short, direct answers. If yours is not here, bring it to a discovery call.
Is this a contact list for the countries we target?
No. You receive qualified buyer inquiries. We research contacts to run the outreach, but a database row is never billed as a lead just because it matches an industry or title.
Will buyers know our company is based abroad?
Yes. The outreach describes your real company and how you deliver, so the buyer considers the actual offer and your follow-up never depends on a local presence you do not have.
How much does a lead cost?
USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead. Where your campaign sits in that range depends on the market, the seniority of the buyer and the qualification rules. Your proposal records the unit price and every fee that applies.
Can a lead be sold to another Vivin client?
No. Each lead goes to one client. The exclusivity covers that lead, not a whole region, industry or buyer organization.
Is a lead guaranteed to become a customer?
No. A lead meets the agreed rules at handoff. Your response, your offer and the buyer's later decisions decide whether it converts, so track those stages separately.
What if a lead turns out to be wrong?
Name the gate or agreed rule it failed within the review window in your agreement. Vivin reviews the source record, and a lead that failed a gate is replaced with one from the same profile. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
Should we buy leads or attended appointments?
Choose leads if your team can handle the next contact and the scheduling. Choose appointments if a held meeting with a qualified decision maker is what you need. We can look at your follow-up capacity on the discovery call.
