Pay per close

Pay-per-close B2B lead generation.

For B2B companies with a sales team ready to turn qualified introductions into contracts. Vivin opens and qualifies buyer conversations; your team handles the sales meetings, proposals and close.

The model combines a success fee of 5% to 20% of attributed contract value with USD $497/month for domains, inboxes and sending infrastructure. Eligibility, the fee base and the contract event that counts are agreed in writing before launch.

Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign. Read the lead agreement.

Check the fit before you choose pay per close

This model suits an established B2B offer with a defined buyer, a capable closer and contract economics that can support the agreed fee. It is available only for eligible offers, confirmed before you sign, and not where professional rules restrict sharing fees.

Agree attribution before the first deal

Before launch, your CRM gets a source field and our campaigns are mapped to it. Your existing customers, open opportunities and excluded accounts are recorded, and the agreement fixes the attribution window, the evidence and the contract event that makes the fee due.

The agreement also settles the fee base, invoice timing, collections, renewals and expansions in writing. A percentage means little until both sides agree what value it applies to and when it is paid.

  • Which accounts and opportunities were already yours.
  • Which records link an opportunity to Vivin's outreach.
  • The contract value used to calculate the success fee.
  • When invoices are raised and what happens after the campaign ends.

Keep a capable closer in the process

Your team discusses pricing, delivery, references and terms with buyers in the target market, and runs the proposals, negotiation and close. We agree the handover point in writing, so the buyer is never left waiting between teams, and we can advise on your closing process if you want a second view.

When you sell across time zones, overlap hours and a clear support arrangement matter for the whole sales cycle. On the discovery call we look at your contract size, margin and buying process instead of assuming a commission model suits every offer.

How the numbers work

Illustration, not a forecast or a client result: if the agreed fee base is USD $30,000 and the agreed rate is 15%, the success fee is USD $4,500. The same base gives USD $1,500 at 5% and USD $6,000 at 20%.

The USD $497/month is charged separately for domains, inboxes and sending infrastructure. Invoice timing, tax and attribution come from your signed terms, not from this example.

Outreach, a sales agent or a distributor?

Companies entering a new country often weigh a commission-based sales agent or manufacturers' representative, a distributor and an outreach partner. They do different jobs. A distributor buys and resells your product, a representative works a territory for you, and Vivin's outreach opens and qualifies conversations that your team then closes.

If buyers expect regular local visits, stock on hand or installation support, talk to a channel partner first. In the US, the Manufacturers' Agents National Association runs MANA RepFinder for finding independent representatives.

Separate fee calculation from sales promises

The published price remains 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month. Your quote sets the rate, fee base and timing.

Notice and replacements

Either party may end a campaign on 14 days written notice. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.

What each model costs.

All prices are in USD, the currency of every Vivin agreement. Your written quote sets the audience, the qualification rules and the terms before outreach starts.

Questions worth asking first.

Short, direct answers. If yours is not here, bring it to a discovery call.

Is pay per close commission-only?

No. There is a success fee of 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month for sending infrastructure. Read the written scope and the full fee schedule before deciding whether the model fits your margins.

Do you act as our distributor or sales agent?

No. Outreach does not create a distributor or agency relationship. Stock, resale, territory rights, technical support and local representation belong with a distributor or representative, not with Vivin. We can arrange distributor meetings in the US and Canada under a separate profile.

Who negotiates and signs the customer contract?

Your company does. Your team runs the sales conversations, proposals and negotiation, and an outreach engagement never gives Vivin authority to commit your business.

How are deals we already have protected?

Existing accounts and active deals go on the exclusion list before outreach starts, and the source evidence and attribution window are agreed with them. Update the shared records whenever your team opens or changes an opportunity.

Can the success fee apply to renewals?

Only if your written agreement says so. Renewals, expansions, the length of attribution and the value used in the calculation are all fixed before the campaign starts.

Who owns the domains and inboxes used for outreach?

Access, ownership and handover of domains, inboxes and lists are confirmed in the written scope before launch, with shared infrastructure and client-dedicated assets identified separately.

Would a manufacturers' representative suit us better?

Possibly, if buyers expect an established territory relationship or frequent product visits. Compare that role with the outreach and closing work you actually need. MANA RepFinder is a starting point for finding US representatives.

Tell us which buyers you want to meet, and where.

Bring your offer, the markets you want to grow in and how you sell today. In 30 minutes we will tell you whether Vivin is a fit and what a first campaign could look like.
