Pay per appointment
International B2B appointment setting, billed per attended meeting.
Meet qualified B2B buyers in the markets you choose. Appointments are billed when the meeting is held; no-shows are not billed.
We agree the buyer profile, qualification evidence and meeting handoff before outreach begins. Your team runs the sales conversation and decides the commercial next step.
- Pay per appointment
- USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment
No-shows are not billed.
Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign. Read the lead agreement.

When an appointment becomes billable
Your profile names the companies, roles, need and timing that make a meeting worth holding, plus the accounts to leave out: current customers, live deals and territories you cannot serve.
Under Vivin's published lead agreement, an appointment has to pass four gates: fit, authority, need and timing, where timing means accepting an invitation within 14 days. An appointment becomes billable only once the meeting is held.
Agree before launch how cancellations, reschedules, wrong contacts and no-shows are handled, and expect your report to show each one separately. An attended meeting is a sales conversation, not proof the buyer will purchase.
| Record state | How to treat it |
|---|---|
| Invitation accepted | A booking, with qualification evidence and the agreed meeting time. |
| Rescheduled | A changed booking. Preserve the new date and buyer context. |
| No-show | Not an attended appointment and not billed. |
| Held with a qualified buyer | The billable appointment, backed by the agreed evidence. |
| Failed qualification | Identify the failed rule and review it under the signed replacement terms. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced. |
What arrives before the call
The meeting brief names the buyer's role, the need they described and what they expect from the conversation. It also identifies your meeting host and the evidence used to check the agreed profile.
The outreach explains where your company operates and how it delivers before the buyer accepts. A meeting should not depend on implying that your team has a local office when it does not.
What your team prepares
Share a short explanation of your offer, relevant references and the question you want to open with. The person taking the call should be able to discuss the work and commercial terms, or know who can.
Name who follows up and records the outcome. A held meeting is a sales conversation, not a guarantee that the buyer will purchase.
- Name the person who can discuss commercial terms.
- Reserve meeting windows that suit the buyer's region.
- Share only references and claims you can back up.
- Record the agreed next step before the day ends.
Agree working hours and channels
The calendar shows slots in the time zone you choose. Reserve hours that suit the buyer's working day, and check the displayed zone and daylight-saving changes before confirming.
US and Canadian buyers can be reached by phone, email and LinkedIn under the scoped channel plan. Current UK, Australian, UAE and Singapore programmes use email and LinkedIn for domestic buyers.
Notice and replacements
Either party may end a campaign on 14 days written notice. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
What each model costs.
All prices are in USD, the currency of every Vivin agreement. Your written quote sets the audience, the qualification rules and the terms before outreach starts.
See pricing and termsQuestions worth asking first.
Short, direct answers. If yours is not here, bring it to a discovery call.
Can you book meetings for a company with no office in the buyer's country?
Yes. The outreach describes where you operate and how you deliver, and the buyer accepts the meeting knowing that. If a buyer or tender requires a local entity, take advice on that separately.
How much does an appointment cost?
USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment, and no-shows are not billed. Your written quote sets the actual price for your audience, along with the qualification rules and every fee that applies.
Does an accepted calendar invitation count as an appointment?
No. Acceptance is a booking. The appointment counts once the meeting takes place and the buyer meets the agreed rules.
Do our references have to come from the buyer's country?
No, but they must be real and shared with permission. A comparable project elsewhere can show capability. We never invent local customers or suggest a reference is local when it is not.
Can a team in India or Singapore take meetings with US buyers?
Yes, if the person taking the call can reserve hours that work for the buyer. Agree those windows before outreach starts, and check the time zone shown in both calendars when a meeting is booked or rescheduled.
What happens when a buyer reschedules?
A reschedule is recorded as a changed booking, separate from attendance. Your signed campaign rules set how rescheduling and evidence are handled, so agree them before launch.
Which languages can the meetings be in?
Any language your buyers and your team can use. Tell us the language on the discovery call and we set it in the written scope, together with the channels.
Tell us which buyers you want to meet, and where.
Bring your offer, the markets you want to grow in and how you sell today. In 30 minutes we will tell you whether Vivin is a fit and what a first campaign could look like.
