Pricing for Singapore companies

What lead generation costs for a Singapore company.

Vivin charges USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead, USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment, or 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month for pay per close.

You are quoted and invoiced in US dollars, and every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.

Which model fits your Singapore sales team?

Choose pay per lead if your salesperson can develop an accepted enquiry from a buyer with the right territory remit. Choose pay per appointment if you need a qualified meeting arranged and can provide a host. Consider pay per close if your closer can trace the opportunity through to the contracting entity.

A Singapore office does not prove that a contact buys for the countries your company can serve. Put that remit in the profile before comparing the price of a lead or meeting. Singapore domestic outreach uses email and LinkedIn, in English or your buyers' language.

Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign. The quote and agreement also set the buyer profile, exclusions, volumes or caps, review rules, and attribution where relevant. USD remains the quote and invoice currency.

In Singapore dollars, roughly

At the European Central Bank reference rates for 2 October 2026, USD 1 was about SGD 1.28. On that basis a lead at USD $15 to $500 is roughly SGD 19 to SGD 640, an attended appointment at USD $100 to $500 roughly SGD 128 to SGD 640, and USD $497/month roughly SGD 636 a month. These figures are approximate. Your quote and invoice are in USD, so the Singapore dollar amount moves with the exchange rate.

What moves the price within the range

How narrow your buyer profile is, how senior the contact needs to be, how many companies fit, and how much proof of need your team wants before a handoff. A regional director who buys for six countries takes more finding than an office manager who buys for one.

Compare like with like

Lead generation quotes can price a contact record, a form fill, a booked meeting, an attended meeting or a month of campaign work. Before you compare numbers, ask each supplier exactly what triggers each charge. Our unit charges are triggered by an accepted lead, an attended appointment or an attributed contract. Pay per lead and pay per appointment have no setup fee, and every charge is listed in your written quote.

A worked example

Illustration only, not a client result: suppose your quote sets USD $300 per attended appointment and five meetings are booked in a month. Four take place and one buyer does not show. The appointment charge is 4 × USD $300 = USD $1,200, because no-shows are not billed. There is no setup fee for pay per appointment, and your quote lists every charge.

Grants and your budget

Enterprise Singapore stopped taking new EDG, MRA and PSG applications on 29 September 2026; new applications now go under the EDGE grant. Its overseas partner-search activity, for example, asks for in-person meetings at the partner's business premises, not video calls or meetings at trade shows, and only your company can apply. We make no claim that our work qualifies, so budget without a grant and check the current rules with Enterprise Singapore.

Notice and replacements

Either party may end a campaign on 14 days written notice. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.

One view of the offers: what makes each one billable, the published USD price and the rule to keep in mind. A short checklist follows to help you prepare for a discovery call.

Prepare before you book

  • Do you sell to businesses? Pay per close is only for eligible B2B offers.
  • Is your own team able to run proposals and close? Pay per close relies on that, because your team closes the deal.
  • Pay per close has a monthly fee and a success fee on attributed contract value. Have you budgeted for both?
  • Which countries are your buyers in? Phone outreach reaches buyers in the US and Canada only. Elsewhere we use email and LinkedIn where the market’s rules allow. We do not call Singapore numbers.
  • Agreements are in USD, and every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.

The checklist is a preparation aid, not an eligibility decision. Fit, scope and every fee are confirmed in your written quote.

Good to know before the call.

Short answers here. Anything specific to your market, ask us on the call.

How much does lead generation cost in Singapore?

With Vivin, USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead or USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment. That is roughly SGD 19 to 640 and SGD 128 to 640 at European Central Bank rates for 2 October 2026. Where you land depends on your buyer profile.

Can you quote or invoice in Singapore dollars?

No. Quotes and invoices are in USD, the contract currency. The SGD figures on this page are approximate and for budgeting only.

Do you charge for booked meetings that do not happen?

No. Pay per appointment is charged per attended appointment, and no-shows are not billed.

Are there other fees besides the per-lead or per-meeting price?

No setup fee applies to pay per lead or pay per appointment. Pay per close adds USD $497/month alongside the success fee. Every charge is listed in your written quote, and the lead agreement explains each type.

Why price per attended meeting rather than per booking?

Because a booked meeting that never happens gives your team nothing. Pricing per attended appointment puts the cost of a no-show on us, not on you.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Volume caps, pauses, notice and any minimum duration are written into your signed agreement, so you see them before you commit.

Can we use an Enterprise Singapore grant?

Do not count on one. New applications now go under the EDGE grant, your company applies for it directly, and some activities need in-person meetings at the partner's premises. We make no claim that our work qualifies.
