Pay per close for B2B companies
Commission-based outreach for Singapore B2B companies.
Vivin's pay-per-close model costs 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month, while your team runs the sales process and signs the contract. It is available only for eligible B2B offers, confirmed before you sign, and not where professional rules restrict sharing fees.
It suits B2B companies with a clear contract value and a sales team that can follow up, because the success fee applies to contracts that can be traced back to our outreach.

What the USD $497/month covers
The monthly charge pays for the domains, inboxes and sending setup the campaign runs on. Who can access those assets, who owns them and how they are handed over are written into your scope before launch, with shared and dedicated assets listed separately.
How a contract gets attributed
Before launch, your CRM gets a source field and our campaigns are mapped to it. The signed agreement sets the attribution window, the exclusions, the evidence and the contract event that counts. Deals already in your pipeline can be listed up front as exclusions, so nobody argues about them later.
Regional deals need clear lines
A contract signed in Singapore may cover subsidiaries in Malaysia or Indonesia, and a renewal may be signed by a different entity in the group. Decide before launch whether renewals, expansions and group contracts count, when the fee is invoiced and how unpaid customer contracts are handled. All of it goes in writing first.
Who pay per close suits
It needs a B2B offer with a contract value we can measure, a sales process that can take conversations forward, and a commercial structure we both approve. If your sales cycle is long or your contract values swing widely, pay per appointment is often the simpler start.
A success fee for North American expansion
For a Singapore company entering the US or Canada, our callers there can phone buyers during their working day, alongside email and LinkedIn. The conversations land in your evening, and your team takes each one forward on its own terms.
Trace the contract across regional entities
A Singapore company may sign an agreement covering work in other countries, while a renewal is signed by another entity. Set those attribution rules before outreach, rather than treating every related contract as part of the same close.
Budget from the written fee base and duration
The model is 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month. Your signed agreement defines the fee base, contract event, attribution window and any treatment of renewals or expansions. Quotes and invoices remain in USD.
| Decision | What belongs in the record |
|---|---|
| Buyer remit | Countries and entities the contact can actually buy for. |
| Source attribution | Evidence linking the opportunity to the outreach programme. |
| Contract event | The event agreed to trigger the success fee. |
| Renewals and expansions | Whether and how those later contracts count. |
| Infrastructure budget | USD $497/month alongside the agreed success fee. |
Notice and replacements
Either party may end a campaign on 14 days written notice. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.

Short answers here. Anything specific to your market, ask us on the call.
Is commission-based lead generation free until we close?
No. Pay per close has a charge of USD $497/month as well as the success fee of 5% to 20% of attributed contract value.
What is the success-fee percentage calculated on?
On attributed contract value, as defined in your signed agreement. The fee base, the contract event that counts and the exclusions are agreed before we start.
Do renewals and upsells earn a fee?
Only if your agreement says so. Renewals, expansions, invoice timing and the length of the engagement are fixed in writing before launch.
Who negotiates and signs with the customer?
You do. Your team owns pricing, negotiation, promises to the customer and the contract itself. We open the conversations.
Are you a commission-only sales agent?
No. We are a lead generation company paid partly on results, not a sales rep on your team. Our job is to start the right conversations; your team does the selling.
Is there a guarantee of revenue?
No. Meetings, proposals, signed contracts and paid invoices are separate steps, and we do not promise that any of them will turn into revenue.
