What counts as an attended appointment
A meeting counts when it takes place with a contact who passes four checks in your written profile. The company fits, the contact holds a title named in the profile or confirms they decide on the purchase, they have described a real need, and they accept a meeting invitation within 14 days. A polite request for a brochure is not a need.
If a booked meeting turns out to be the wrong fit, a duplicate, has invalid details or is cancelled, it is replaced under the lead agreement, which you can read before the call. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
The right person, not the biggest title
A software company selling to finance teams may need the regional finance director who signs off for Southeast Asia, not the local accounts manager. A facilities firm needs whoever is responsible for Singapore premises. We write the territory into your profile, so a senior title with the wrong remit does not get booked.
Meetings in North America, timed for Singapore
If your buyers are in the US or Canada, most meetings will land in your evening. 9am in New York is 9pm in Singapore while the US is on daylight saving time, and 10pm from November to early March. West Coast mornings fall around midnight or later. Tell us the hours your team will take, and we book inside them.
What your salesperson gets before the meeting
The company, the contact's role and territory, the need they described and why they agreed to meet. Your salesperson runs the meeting, the demo and the proposal. Afterwards, tell us whether the buyer fitted the profile; that feedback shapes the next bookings.
Booked and attended are not the same
Appointment-setting quotes do not all define a meeting the same way. Some count a calendar booking; ours counts a meeting that took place with a buyer who passed the agreed checks. When you compare quotes, ask each supplier which one you are paying for.
Book the buyer whose remit matches your offer
For a facilities provider, a regional title is less useful than responsibility for the Singapore premises it can serve. The meeting brief should establish that responsibility and the purchasing need before booking.
Set different host hours for local and North American buyers
Singapore buyers are reached by email and LinkedIn. A separately scoped US or Canadian programme can add phone outreach and usually requires different meeting hours for your team. Host availability is agreed before booking; no-shows are not billed.
- Record whether the buyer’s remit is Singapore-only or regional.
- Name the meeting host and the format the buyer expects.
- Keep buyer time zone and host time zone in the handoff.
- Check both qualification and attendance before counting the appointment.
Notice and replacements
Either party may end a campaign on 14 days written notice. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
What an attended meeting costs.
Pay per appointment is quoted in USD. Where your price sits in the range depends on how senior and how specific the buyer is. Every fee is listed in your written quote before you sign.

Short answers here. Anything specific to your market, ask us on the call.
Do I pay for a meeting that is booked but never happens?
No. The appointment charge applies when the meeting is attended. No-shows are not billed, and cancelled meetings are replaced under the lead agreement. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
What if the person we meet is the wrong fit?
Tell us which agreed check the meeting failed, within the review window in your agreement. We look at the source record, and a meeting that failed a check is replaced with one from the same profile. A delivered lead or appointment can be disputed within 5 business days of delivery under the written criteria, and eligible issues are replaced.
Can you book meetings with buyers outside Singapore?
Yes. Name the country and the roles. North American meetings usually fall in your evening, so we agree your available hours before anything is booked.
Do you call Singapore numbers to set appointments?
Singapore appointment setting runs on email and LinkedIn. Our callers phone buyers in the US and Canada only, and the channels for each brief are written into its scope.
How many meetings can we expect each month?
We will not guess a number before we have looked at your market. We size the campaign from how many companies fit your profile and how many meetings your team can take each week, and write the limit into your quote.
What does an appointment setter actually do?
Finds the right person at a target company, starts the conversation, checks fit and need, and puts a meeting in both calendars. Your salesperson then runs the meeting and the sale.
Are the meetings online or in person?
You choose the format when we set up your buyer profile, for example a video call or a phone call. If you need meetings in person, raise it on the discovery call.
