Singapore to North America
Selling to the US and Canada from Singapore.
Vivin sets up meetings between Singapore companies and buyers, distributors and channel partners in the US and Canada, so your team hears how North American buyers react to your offer before you commit staff or capital there.
We contact those buyers inside their own working day, which puts the meetings in your Singapore evening. Prices are in US dollars, per accepted lead or per attended appointment, with pay per close for eligible B2B offers.
End buyers or distributors first
Decide who places the first order. A Singapore software or services firm can sell straight to a US or Canadian company, so the brief names the industry, company size and the role that owns the problem. A manufacturer shipping goods across the Pacific may need an importer or distributor before it reaches end customers, so the brief names the product category, the territory and the lines a partner already carries.
Illustrations, not clients: a Singapore maker of laboratory consumables might begin with distributors serving research labs in the US Northeast, while a Singapore payments software firm might begin with finance leaders at mid-sized Canadian retailers. One segment, one buyer role and one question for the first meetings to answer keep the early feedback readable.
The time difference, worked out
Singapore does not change its clocks, but the US and Canada do. While New York is on daylight time, 9am there is 9pm in Singapore; from November to mid-March it is 10pm. A 9am meeting in Los Angeles falls at midnight or later in Singapore, so a first campaign is easier to staff when it starts with buyers in the Eastern and Central time zones.
Each handover gives the meeting time in both zones and both dates, because a late Singapore slot already sits on the next calendar day. You tell us which evenings your team can take calls, and we book only inside those windows.
How we reach North American buyers
Our callers phone US and Canadian buyers during their working day, alongside email and LinkedIn; we never call Singapore numbers. The callers are based in Canada, the US, the UK and South Africa, and every message says where your company operates and how you would serve a North American customer.
Canada's anti-spam law covers commercial email opened in Canada, and the US CAN-SPAM Act makes no exception for business-to-business email. Vivin's published lead agreement lists the rules our campaigns follow. This describes our own practice and is not legal advice for yours.
What stays with your team and advisers
We handle prospecting, qualification and booking. Whether you need a US or Canadian entity, how you invoice and collect in USD or CAD, customs classification, import duties and product approvals are questions for your own tax, legal and customs advisers.
Your team runs every meeting, proposal and negotiation. We make no claim that our fees qualify for any Singapore grant, so check eligibility with Enterprise Singapore directly.

Short answers here. Anything specific to your market, ask us on the call.
Should a Singapore company target the US or Canada first?
Start where your references, delivery and support make your offer most credible to the buyer. We can scope the US or Canada on its own, or both as separate audiences with their own target lists and reports.
What time will the meetings be in Singapore?
In your evening. While New York is on daylight time, a 9am New York meeting is at 9pm in Singapore, and from November to mid-March it is at 10pm. Meetings with buyers on the West Coast fall around midnight or later in Singapore.
Do we need a US company before you start?
No. Outreach and first meetings can start before you set up an entity, and our outreach never claims you have one. Whether you need one before you sign contracts is a question for your own advisers.
Do you phone buyers in Singapore?
No. Our callers phone buyers in the US and Canada only. Campaigns aimed at Singapore buyers run by email and LinkedIn.
Can you set meetings with distributors rather than end customers?
Yes. Distributor and importer meetings follow pay-per-appointment pricing, USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment, with the partner criteria written into your brief.
Are prices different for North American buyers?
No. USD $15 to $500 per accepted lead and USD $100 to $500 per attended appointment, with no setup fee for either. Pay per close is 5% to 20% of attributed contract value plus USD $497/month, for eligible B2B offers only.
